Decoding the Systems Biology of Aging

The Omics Center generates and integrates high dimensional biological data to reveal the systems level architecture of aging and multimorbidity. Using advanced genomics, epigenomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics technologies, the center maps biological changes across tissues, cell types, and time.

Single cell and spatial omics platforms enable unprecedented resolution, allowing researchers to identify key cellular states, interactions, and transitions that drive disease emergence and progression.

Focus Areas

  • Multi omics and single cell profiling
  • Spatial and tissue specific molecular mapping
  • Systems biology and network analysis
  • Biomarker discovery across aging trajectories

Impact

The Omics Center provides the biological foundation required to move from descriptive data to mechanistic understanding.
