From Biological Insight to Precision Therapeutics
The Yonsei Drug Discovery Center (Y–DDC) is the translational engine of BCCI, dedicated to transforming biological knowledge into next generation therapeutics. Y–DDC integrates target discovery, molecular design, structural biology, and computational modeling into a unified drug discovery pipeline optimized for aging related and multimorbid diseases.
By leveraging insights from omics data, clinical cohorts, Cryo-EM structures, and AI driven prediction models, Y–DDC moves beyond conventional single target strategies toward system level therapeutic design. This approach enables the identification of drug candidates that address shared mechanisms underlying multiple age-related diseases.
