Membership Registration

  • Equipment reservation and training applications are available only to registered members.
  • After registration, administrator approval is required before reservations and use are permitted. Approval typically takes 2 to 3 business days.
  • All notifications regarding equipment reservations and payments will be sent to the registered email address. Please register an email that you check regularly.
  • If you forget your password, a reset link will be sent to your registered email address. Please ensure that your email address is entered accurately.
  • This category includes undergraduate students, graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, research professors, and professors affiliated with Yonsei University.
  • Both professors and students must complete portal authentication before registration.
  • Student members may use the system only after receiving both administrator and advisor approval.
  • Professors can view the list of affiliated students who have selected them as advisors in the “Affiliated Student Management” section of My Page.
  • Advisors may approve or reject student membership and determine whether to allow proxy payment requests. If permitted, students may request that their advisor cover usage fees.
  • This category includes undergraduate students, graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, research professors, and professors from universities other than Yonsei University.
  • Please accurately enter your affiliated university and department.
  • Student members may use the system only after receiving both administrator and advisor approval.
  • Professors can view their affiliated students in the “Affiliated Student Management” section of My Page.
  • Advisors may approve student membership and determine whether to allow proxy payment requests.

Equipment Reservation and Usage Guide

To use the equipment, users must register and log in. Services are available only to registered members.

After logging in, users may select one of the following two methods.

  1. Submit an analysis request by selecting the desired equipment and entering the required information.
  2. Submit samples via courier, registered mail, parcel service, express delivery, or in person.
  3. The equipment manager will review the request. If denied, a new reservation must be submitted.
  4. Analysis will proceed only after approval is granted.
  5. Results will be delivered upon completion.
  1. Complete the required training for the selected equipment. Direct use is permitted only after training completion.
  2. Make a reservation and specify the intended usage schedule.
  3. Obtain approval from the equipment manager. If denied, a new reservation is required.
  4. Use the equipment during the approved time slot.

Important Notes on Equipment Reservation

  • The deadline for reservation cancellation may vary depending on the equipment.
  • If the cancellation deadline has passed, the reservation cannot be canceled. Please note that if the cancellation deadline has passed, usage fees may still be charged even if the equipment is not used.

If usage fees apply, payment will be processed after equipment use is completed.

Payment and Billing Information

  • After completion of analysis or direct use, users can check the final amount and proceed with payment via My Page → Payment/Settlement. Online payment and invoice issuance are available.
  • All settlement-related documents can be issued from the payment menu, including quotation, invoice, and receipt.
  • After payment, the following documents can be issued: transaction statement, equipment usage confirmation, analysis fee payment confirmation, test or analysis result report, education fee payment confirmation, and training certificate.
  • Transaction statements are automatically generated after payment. If the statement differs from the invoice, please request a correction.

Important Notes on Payment

  • Invoice issuance is generally not cancelable. Please carefully review and accurately enter your business information when applying.
  • For public institutions requiring tax invoices, the process follows internal settlement, department head approval, issuance request email, and applicant approval, which may take approximately 3 to 4 days after internal issuance.
  • Invoices are issued from the 1st to the 25th of each month. No invoices are issued during the last week of the month. Requests made after the 25th will be processed in the following month.
  • Service use is permitted only when the total outstanding balance does not exceed 10,000,000 KRW and all overdue payments from the past six months have been settled.

Training Application

Training is available only to registered members.
After logging in, users may apply for training through one of the following two tracks.

  • Equipment Training
  • Workshop

1. Apply for Equipment Training

Select the desired equipment, review the detailed information, and submit a training application.

2. Training Conducted by Equipment Manager

Training will be conducted at the designated time and location.

Important Notes on Training

  • Only training currently open for recruitment can be applied for, and users may apply for training of the same level or lower than the level for which they have already applied.
  • Equipment use is permitted only after payment of the applicable training fee, and equipment usage fees can be paid only after training completion.
  • Training availability may vary depending on equipment circumstances. If cancellation becomes unavoidable, the reservation may be canceled. In such cases, please note that even if training is not received, a cancellation fee may be charged depending on the timing of cancellation.

1. Apply for Workshop

Select the desired workshop, review the detailed information, and submit an application.

2. Workshop Conducted by Responsible Staff

The workshop will be conducted as scheduled.
